Dear Friends & Passionate Supporters of, “The Beautiful Game”,

Euro Futbol for Champions is proud to introduce an exciting New Venture & Sports Event,   The authentic  “Adidas AC Milan Camps” in partnership with to the cities of;

Halifax: July 20th, to 24th,  &  July 27th, to 31st; 2009

Moncton: July 27th to 31st, 2009

Montreal: Aug 3rd, to 7th,  &  Aug 10th, to 14th, 2009

Our mandate is to promote and conduct special “Euro Futbol/Soccer Elite Training Camps” for the youth in Atlantic Canada and Quebec areas, under a licensed agreement with the prestigious and internationally recognized AC Milan Futbol (soccer) Brand of Milan Italy.

Dear Parents/Guardians:

“Euro Futbol for Champions” would like to thank you for registering your child to the official Adidas Milan Junior Camp 2009 in Canada.  We would like to remind you, if you have not filled in your medical certificate upon registration, you must submit these forms no later than one week in advance of the camp start date.  This is very important information which is required for our records. 

Please note carefully the following information and particulars.

Daily Schedule:
1. Athletes must be dropped off at the camp site between 8:30am-8:45am sharp. (Supervision will be available from 8 am at a fee)
2. Camp sessions will begin at 9:00am Sharp
3.  Lunch hour is from 12:00pm – 1:30pm.
N.B.     Please provide your child with a light healthy lunch; as well provide them with lots of fluid such as water/juice  (we recommend that you do not send any pop, or unhealthy snacks which contain high amounts of sugar) 
We will also provide beverages during the camp. Each child should come with a water bottle.
4. Athletes must be picked up from the camp Facility at 4:00pm. (Supervision will be available for a fee to 5:00pm)
5. All Athletes must be picked up from the camp Facility by a Parent and/or Guardian ONLY.

NB; (Euro Futbol for Champions will need written and signed consent note if parent/guardian should require their child to be picked up by a relative or friend. The written consent letter requires the name and relationship to the child picking up the athlete.)

**Important: Due to food allergies, we ask that you not pack anything that contains peanuts or any other nuts. This is very important for the safety of your children.

Uniform
It is very important that each child comes in proper uniform ready for training.  Please see the uniform schedule for the week.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday  – Black & Red T-Shirt, Black Shorts and Black Socks
Tuesday/Thursday   – White T-Shirt, Red Shorts, and Black Socks

Please provide your child with sunscreen, as most of the day will be spent outside.

General Information
- It is important to have the medical certificate completed.
- Please have all athletes come full dressed with their official AC Milan Uniform
- Athletes are to bring their own water/fluids
- No Parents/Guardians are permitted on the field while training session is being held
- Athletes need to be disciplined and act accordingly with proper behavior at all times, they should be;

- Mentally and physically ready to practice and learn
- Listen and be respectful to their coaches, trainers and staff
- Respect their fellow athletes and have controlled fun
- AC Milan will not tolerate any inappropriate language, attitude, or bullying
- Athletes will get one warning. Should their conduct be out of line the parents/guardian will be made aware of any misconduct
- For excessive misbehavior and misconduct, the athlete can be expelled from the school with no refund
- Euro Futbol for Champions Management and staff would like to see everyone show up with smiles on their faces and leave with a bigger smile!!!
